BQ25700A: Board layout problem

Hi, 
I have BQ25700A on my board design, in board 1.5.62 works fine i try changle inductor and mosfets for lower RDSon.
1.5.62
mosfets : SSM6K504NU
coil: LMLP07A7M2R2

1.62 
mosfets : BSC0925ND
coil: SRP1038AA-2R2M
rest of the circuit is same 

in 1.62 i have bellow issues:
My power supply have current limit at 6A nad i supply from 14V. 
When charger is starting is ok but when i connect battery hearing clicks of my power supply and CC is trigerred 3 or 5 times, and charger goes in fault mode and no current goes flow. 
When is it done i check mofsets i have one mosfet demaged, mosfet Q8 is a output P mosfet AONR21321 was 100 Ohm Vgs nad 0 Ohm Vds, i replace it and try again, i have same fault. 
D5 is shorted.
What is wrong with main switching mosfets or my layout design  ?
