We cannot disclose the internal circuitry for this device. We can confirm that there does exist a ESD cell on this pin.

I would recommend reaching out to your local TI Sales Office or customer support for more information on any assigned FAE for your company.

Can you confirm if pin 14 has ESD protection and if it does is it high and low side?

At this time we can confirm presence of ESD cells from the pin to VS and to device GND.
