The report shows deviation is 1.17%. Is it reasonable value?

He got the data with 4040mAh battery however it seems recommended chemical ID : 2483 is 3000mAh. 
Is this all right?

    Under 3% max DOD error is what we aim to get with the GPCCEM tool, this is a good match.

    The capacity listed on the chem ID does not matter for gauging. We care about the OCV vs DOD curve, which is not dependent on capacity.
