LM3150: output switching time

Part Number: LM3150
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM34922,

Actually i wanted to use the LM34922 in current mode for this design, but since this device ist not available anywhere, i did the design with the LM3150, because of the fast transient response, mentioned in the datasheet.

The data: Input: 12V DC / Output 4V DC / Current 1A. The load is a 4 Ohm resistor, switched on and off by a mosfet. Switching time is 10us on 250us off

I did the design with webbench and the sample works well with one issue:

When i switch the current from 0A to 1A i have a voltage overshot at the output up to 12,8V. (Causing a current overshot, which i don't want)

Now the question is: How can i get this voltage overshot smaller?

Could a always on small load (...20mA) help?
