TPS62913: how to improve EMI radiation

Hi,

In my board I use 3 devices from TPS62913 types.

How should I connect them to prevent as much as I can EMI issues?
First DCDC:
VIN = 9V; VOUT = 1V @ 1.5A

Second DCDC:
VIN = 9V; VOUT = 3.6V @1.3A

Third DCDC:
VIN = 9V; VOUT =5V@ 1A.

The first and second DCDC always on and the third selected with EN.

Can I sync them without external clock?

For the different output voltages, you may want to optimize for the lowest output ripple. In that case, the 3.6V and 5V outputs would run at 2.2MHz, and the 1V output would run at 1 MHz (to avoid max min on time limitations).

What about the spread spectrum mode ? Can i use it?

Yes, the TPS62913 has two spread spectrum options, random and triangle. I would suggest performing measurements without spread spectrum enabled first to see if you have any issues, and then change the S-CONF resistor setting to choose the desired spread spectrum setting.
