Cx is using a BQ25570 chip for RF harvesting. The are satisfied with the efficiency it has when associate it to a homemade rectifier my load consumes around 50 nW, their problem is that the load has a 300 mV input voltage constraint. In the datasheet of the chip and when using the EVM, the lower output they can get as reported, is 1.8 V.
Can you provide solution for this voltage to 300 mV? Seems that TI don't have step-down option for this, can you confirm? Any advise to lower the voltage down to 300mV without degrading the efficiency?
