LP87702-Q1: LP87702K product fails during high temperature aging

Part Number: LP87702-Q1

Hi Team,

When customer do aging test on 50 radar products, and found that when the ambient temperature was raised to about 79 degrees, the radar samples would restart. After analyzing the samples, it was judged that the restarting phenomenon was due to the PMIC-LP87702K The voltage diagnosis of its 1.8V voltage rail at high temperature caused PG0 to be pulled low and the sample restarted. They checked that the output of its 1.8V output voltage was stable at high and low temperature, and do ABA test to verify it. The PMIC can still reproduce the problem on other PCBs,
The attached picture is the performance of 1.8V power rail and NRST in a 79 degree thermostat for your reference. Please help to investigate the cause of the failure, thank you!
