TPS62869: Load Transient,ripple and efficiency curve

Hello,I have several questions about TPS6286900CRQY.

1.When buck ouputs 0.5V,we are concerned about the load transient with the load conversion 0.01A-0.2A/1us.

2.PSM and PWM mode maximum ripple of 0.3V and 0.5V output when Vin=4V.

3.Efficiency curve of 0.3V and 0.5V output when Vin=4V.

Do you have these data?If not,can you help me evaluate it?

Another question,we use TPS62869CRQY as LPDDR5 VDDQ rail supply.Do your customers have the same successful application cases for this chip?

Hello Li Ning,

To evaluate our devices, you can always use their associated WEBENCH model you can find at the bottom of the TPS62869 webpage.

You can use the expected operating condition of your system and have a look at the Efficiency/Load transient/Define your BOM.

You can also evaluate the part yourself using the TPS628690EVM-135.

It is not the first time we see TPS628690 being used to supply LPDDR5 VDDQ rail.
