TPS65131: TPS65131 vs TPS65131-Q1

Hi,

my customer is using TPS65131TRGERQ1 in an industrial application and due to supply situation is evaluating to use TPS65131RGER instead.

85degC is ok for the application, two open questions:

1. Electrical spec seem the same, therefore no changes needed on the board circuit - Correct?

2. ESD spec is different. What is driving this? Is it different silicon versions?
