ISO5852S: Gate driver always gives desaturation signal

Part Number: ISO5852S

Hi,

We are having the following gate driver circuit for our inverter.

Recently we replaced the IGBT one of the inverter. Now we are getting the fault output in all the six drivers.

Troubleshooting steps tried.

  1. Verified the IGBT condition. (No short between collector and Emitter terminal. Resistor measurement shows OL and diode voltage shows 0.366V in all the six switches.
  2. Removed all the drivers. Connected one driver per iteration. When we check any one switch per iteration, we are getting fault output. The voltage between the desaturation pin and GND2 is 160mV. Approximately we are getting the same voltage in all the drivers.
  3. Removed  and soldered again in all the six drivers.

The driver fault output always remains low and pulse output gives -5V in all the six drivers.

Could you please suggest troubleshooting steps to solve the issue.

Thanks & Regards,

Rajasekaran.
