I don't have firmware upgrade example.

That link should reference the MSP430USBDEVPACK. The Firmware Upgrade tool should be found in that package.

Unfortunately I do not have any information about the WDK required. I would recommend creating a new thread specifically about the MSP430USBDEVPACK and the team responsible for that software should be able to help.
