REF3030: I want a voltage reference

We are going to release nano IQ REF35XX. It is on ti.com and in preview.

This device offers ultra low IQ (680nA ),typical (which is around 100 times lesser than REF3030 typical IQ) , initial accuracy = 0.05% ,   tempco 10ppm/C , and total noise = 57 uV rms upto 1Khz.  It is pin compatible with REF30, you can evaluate it's performance on your existing board. 

It can drive upto 10uF load with smooth power up. 

Can you please explain the requirement for faster turn on time. 

 It has  2.5ms (typical) turn on time. It has enable pin which can offer much faster VOUT response time,

You can keep it always ON as it offers ultra low power if it fits in your power consumption criteria.

Thanks for your recommendation. My application is an electronic trip unit for circuit breaker. In some case, the breaker is closed with fault exist. So it need to open immediately. So it comes the requirement of startup time for the reference voltage. I expect the reference voltage could start in less than 400us. I see REF3030 has good step response. However, it seems it could not drive 1uf capacitor. In the simulation above, there is a overshoot in the output. And for the tolerance and TCR, I don't have a very accurate requirement, 0.5%,100ppm should be OK.

The REF3530 seems good expect for the step response.

We also offer voltage supervisor which are commonly used for circuit breaker. You can look for that also.
