BQ4050: BQStudio download error(502 Proxy error)

Hello Expert,

Our customer trying to download BQSTUDIO for evaluating BQ4050 from this URL.

They tried download stable version following page.

But they are facing 502 proxy error as follows.

Would you tell me how to resolve this issue?

    Hello Kazuki,

    The error is from the proxy server in your organization. You can check with IT infrastructure team.

    Alternatively you can access the link from your phone or device that is on an external network. You will be prompted to login to your TI account and fill the export declaration. Then you will get an email with the download link.
