At present, the lithium battery charger is designed with BQ24103 IC, and the designed charging current of the battery end is 2A. The layout design follows the guidance on the datasheet. The sample measured that the temperature of the IC reaches 125 ℃, and the temperature is too high. Would you like to help me see if such a high temperature is normal?
