Hi,

Please find the attached excel calculator and design files. Please do review the schematic for below inputs and let me know any changes required .

My inputs are as follows,

My assumptions for 24V input supply voltage are as follows,

Upper under voltage = 23V

Lower under voltage=22V

Upper over voltage=26V

Lower Over Voltage= 25V

I am going with Option B for Resistor calculations for Under and over voltage limit settings and please clarify what does makes difference with other options and when to use?

For Rsense calculation :

Rsns=Vclmin/Ilim

Vclmin=48.mV from Datasheet

And Ilim=1.2A Design requirement

Then Rsns= 48.5mV/1.2A=40mOhm

kindly let me know my calculations and design is correct or any changes required.

Hi,

Please find the attached spread sheet with values updated for 24V supply.

Got confused about the start up load value(current) i did not put that value, other than that i have updated everything.

Based on my calculation from the datasheet formulae I have got

Plim=3W

Rpwr=11900 ohm

Ctimer=309.4nF

based on above i have selected the values.

Kindly compare both and let me know any changes required in the design.

Please find attached updated design sheet. I have considered startup load as zero, If you have any startup load, you need to increase the power limit to support the startup load.

Can you update the schematic with the values in the attached design sheet and send me for review.
