LM3643 is used to drive LED. its input 5VDC supplied by AC/DC adaptor. 5VDC has long transmission line, 4m long with #AWG22 wires. To protect LM3643, TVS D5V0F1U2S9-7 is used to avoid ESD, surges or coupled spikes. Yet, there are still some cases of LM3643 burnt while D5V0F1U2S9-7 is still good. D5V0F1U2S9-7 has clamping voltage of 12V, it might be it is too high for LM3643. I can't find proper TVS with 5V stand off voltage, and 6V clamping voltage @ large peak current. Please help on TVS options for LM3643. Thanks in advance.
