Pls help to advise MPN#TPS61070DDCRG4 and TPS61071DDCR are having same wafer and manufacturing process?

May I know the reason you compare these two devices?

Would you care about the efficiency at low load currents since they are work in different mode at low load currents, TPS61070 enters in power-save mode to maintain a high efficiency and TPS61071 is forced to operate at a fixed frequency.

Currently I am looking possibility for TPS61071DDCR to propose as a alternate MPN for TPS61070DDCRG4. My engineering team advise both MPN are compatpible. Just want to confirm if both MPN are having same wafer and manufacturing process?
