LM5019: LM5019 VCC Voltage

Part Number: LM5019

   1.  Whether the LM5019 will be damaged if the VCC voltage exceeds 13 out of spec rang.

2.Whether the LM5019 will be damaged if the input voltage falls back quickly and the output voltage falls back slowly, then the SW voltage be higher than the VIN voltage.

    1. VCC will damage is it over 13V will damage

    2. if input high than output, output will have charge current to input through body diode, so voltage difference between SW and Vin is the voltage drop of internal body diode. it won't damage the chip. but we suggest can set up a UVLO point to shutdown the chips when Vin lower than certain value. otherwise, the buck may work at boost model .

    Thanks
