Thanks for your reply.
So you mean during the test on EVM, there is such spike and the behavior/function of IC is good, then we provide the spec, right?
But how can we guarantee the spec is reliable? Customer want to know if we do some related qualification or evaluation to verify the spec.
To my understanding, For DC value, we can test leakage current/ UIS to verify the spec, but not sure for the transient spec. Thanks.

Hi Given,
I'm not exactly sure for this controller specifically, but generally we test at hot/cold extremes over a long duration (e.g. 24 hours) Once the test is complete, we verify the part in ATE to verify all the parametrics.
