Are there references to component FIT vs. Fault Tolerance Time Interval (FTTI) etc.?
Or data such as mutual monitoring/failure events between MCU and PMIC,
grateful.
Maybe customer needs below information
- Safety Manual.
- FMEDA Excel file that customer can calculate FIT.
