TPS22976: Vout has step voltage when turn off

Hi Team,

My customer found that Vout has 2 steps voltage when turn off. Could you please help to comment this phenomenon? Customer also try another competitor's part(same hardware only change IC) and doesn't observe this phenomenon.

Ch1: Vin ; Ch2: Vout

Ch1: Vin ; Ch2: EN

Ch1: Vout

Hello Hardy,

I'm assuming this is not the N version of the device? Also, do you have a portion of the schematic to share surrounding the TPS22976 device?

Could you redo the scope shots, keeping VIN constant, and show a more accurate Vout and EN in the same scope shot? I'm guessing that QOD is getting enabled and changes the RC discharge but with these scope shots it's impossible to confirm.
