LM4140: Why output voltage will change when output sink current

Part Number: LM4140

Hi TI engineer,

Recently I have solve a problem about LM4140(1.024V)which be proved that caused by output voltage changing when output sink current.

I'm curious about this phenomenon, so Why output voltage will change when output sink current, can you explain it by a diagram? there is a diagram from datasheet which show as follows, if you can't explain it clearly with this diagram , you can choose other diagram or other way.

Thanks for your time!
