TPS61094: Problems with the buck function.

Using your TPS61094 component I am having problems with the buck function.
To better understand I bought the TPS61094EVM-066 evaluation board but without getting results.
By programming the "Auto Buck or Burst" function, as long as the input voltage is less than or equal to the output voltage, I get the required output voltage; when the input voltage exceeds the required output voltage, the output voltage follows the input voltage.
I have to supply 3.3V to the circuit using a 3.7V lithium battery and therefore I have to have the desired voltage with both a 4V and 2.7V input.
I need help.

    In auto buck/boost mode, if Vin is higher than OSEL voltage, the output voltage equals the input voltage which is 3.7V for your application (buck on state). The output is 3.3V when input voltage is lower than the setting boost regulation voltage (boost on state). So the tested phenomenon is normal for TPS61094. 

    If you want the output is stable both for 4V and 2.7V,  one LDO or buck is needed to transfer 4V to 3.3V supply first. You can select the LDO or buck in TI.com as well. Sorry for the inconvenience.
