BQ78350-R2-DEVICE-FW: Voltage based capacity correction

Part Number: BQ78350-R2-DEVICE-FW

Hello

a battery based on a bq78350R2 fuel gauge is installed on a device that, even if switched off, apply a continuous load of approx 300uA.

This load is too small to be detected by the coulomb counter given the actual sense resistor of 0.6mOhm, but since the pack can remain installed and in sleep mode for several month, we need to find a proper method to have the remaining capacity counter to stay updated and represent the real battery state.

Since this gauges is based on CEDV, are there methods to apply a Voltage based capacity correction at various points during the battery slow discharge, in case the calculated capacity difform from the declared table for that chemID ?

I remember that the GPC returns a file named OCV11: are these thresholds already implemented ? or they need to be implemented somehow ?

Thanks in advance
Pietro
