Could you please tell the technical difference between tps57114-q1   and   tps57114c-q1 ?

And What is the main reason to stop the tps57114-q1 production ?

The replacement part is TPS57114CQRTERQ1, the same device (drop-in replacement with same data sheet parameters)  but with improved quality. The only difference between the two part numbers is an added polyimide layer providing a much improved robustness and quality performance.

Can you describe what are the differences you see in the Thermal resistance ?

This added polyimide coating is the only difference between the two parts.
