TLV62085: Differece between TPS62085 and TLV62085

Hi,

I can see the difference between TPS62085 and TLV62085 is the performance of PWM accuracy.

Can you please advise what made this difference? Are they different design(diff die) or it's sorted in the production test?

Hello Mark,

The key difference between the two devices is the VFB accuracy. TPS62085 has +/- 1% accuracy over -40 deg. C to 125 deg. C junction temperature, while TLV62085 is limited to 0 deg. C to 85 deg. C. only. Please see the figures below for details.
