Hi experts

I was looking into BQ40Z60 datasheet, it mentions that the VACFET(ON) = 9V - 10V.

While the MOSFET used for ACFET in the EVM - Q5 (CSD17308Q3) has VGS maximum ratings = +10V, if my application uses 4 cells Li-ION, does it safe to drive the MOSFET too close to its VGS absolute maximum ratings ??
