Hello all,

After importing the Model of LM5008A "LM5008_TRANS.LIB", see the header below, I get an error with V8.

This seems to be a Pulse-Voltage source:

V8 U6 0 PULSE 0 1 100N

LTSpice requires at least 5 parameters for a pulse source. I quess the first parameter ist Voff and the second is Von. What are Tdelay, Trise, Tfall, Ton, Tperiods and N of cycles?

Does someone know the right parameters?

Hello,

The 0 represents the initial voltage, the 1 is the peak voltage and the 100N represents the time delay. Can you try including 1N for the rise time and 1N for the fall time and let me know if it runs?

Hi Harrison,

thank you for quick response. The simulation run with your suggested parameters. It run too, even if the rise and fall times were 1 msec. So the question is, what is intended value?

Hello Andrei,

I am not completely sure the intent but it looks like node U6 connects to some "OR" circuit. It looks like the original parameters may assume more "ideal" pulse so I would suggest sticking with faster rise and fall times, like Harrison suggested. 1ms seems excessive.
