Test Circuit for Ioff

Can i use the above circuit for the replacement of Zener Diode with value of 36V. If it is possibel what should be the value of resistor???

Hi Vijay,

You would need to use the circuit below if you want to make it like a 36V zener.

Let R1 = 13.4k and R2 = 1k and the vref will behave like a zener diode.
