Hi,

I am using GENESIS LEAD ACID BATTERY NP12-12T ( 12V - 12.0AH) 151LX98WX95H.

I have made BQstudio (1.3.101) setup with BQ34Z110 (with default firmware) and EV2400 (Version: 0.28), BQstudio is able to detect the BQ34Z110 evaluation board and give some default registers values. But when I query any command its always giving Followings Errors. Please let me know any configuration is required?

1. DEVICE_NUMBER  : WriteMACReadBlock communication error: No acknowledge from device

2. Advanced Comm I2C : Read Block : No acknowledge from device

    Hello Sateesh,

    There is something wrong with all the register values. The dashboard on the left should show the correct voltage that is applied. I would recommend that you turn on Autorefresh and make sure that voltage value is reasonable before doing anything else.
