Dual MOSFET Search Tool

I am looking for a P-channel dual MOSFET (with independent sources). Could someone explain how to find them with TI’s search tool?

 

TI has the TPS1120, but it does not appear in parametric search. Maybe other options do not appear too.

Filtering for P-channel lists 25 results and they all start with CDS…

 

What am I doing wrong?

    Thanks for the inquiry. I don't think you're doing anything wrong. I get the same result when I sort P-channel FETs. The parts with CSD prefix are our most current P-channel FETs. I do not know why the TPS1120 is not included other than it is an older part. In fact, I wasn't aware of this device but TI has so many part numbers going back decades. I did a search for TPS11 and came up with 3 part numbers: TPS1100 & TPS1101 (both single PFET), and TPS1120. I will follow up to see why these are not included in the product table. Our P-channel portfolio is limited and we do not have any dual common drain PFET devices. We do have two dual common source parts: CSD75208W1015 & CSD75207W15. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.
