Is there a frequency response model available for the UC1843/3843 PWM? Have you any recommendations for modelling the device?

    Hello James,

    By "frequency model" I assume you want a linearized model to produce bode plots and predict gain/phase margins.  TI does not have a linearized model of the UC1843.  Only transient Pspice models are available.

    What topology are you using, boost, flyback, etc?  I've seen linearized models on the web for the more common topologies.  For example, Ridley derived a linearized model for the PWM switch which can be used in any topology.
