REF3440: Please help share the low frequency noise(f=0.1Hz to 10Hz) test equipment which we used

Hi Team,

There is a good new that we could DIN REF3440 !

And there have one thing need your support!

Customer ask:

1. What the low frequency noise(f=0.1Hz to 10Hz) test equipment which we used. In REF3440 DS, it used below waveform to do the measurement and is 2uV/div. I assume is a high accuracy oscilloscope.

2.Please also help share the high frequency noise(f=10Hz to 10kHz) test equipment which we used, thanks.

1. How to produce 1000*10 gain from high pass filter and 10 from low pass filter?

2. For noise density, how to produce 11*11 from high pass filter?

3. Please help provide the part number of oscilloscope for flicker noise. Our oscilloscope has mV background noise and it can’t test uV noise.

4. Please help provide the part number of signal analyzer for noise density.

5. How to calculate PSD and what is the original signal we should measure? THX
