LM5176: The waveform of the HDRV2 pin oscillates.

Part Number: LM5176

1.Vin 24V, Vout is set to 42V and there is output

2. At present, there are 20 sets in small batch. Some boards have normal waveforms. Some of them work for a while. The waveforms of HDRV2 pins oscillate, and some oscillate at the beginning.

3. The waveform of the HDRV2 pin oscillates.

4. If there are problems, output waveforms such as attachment files. (No-load and load 500mA are the same)

5. Check that the typical values of BOOST1 and BOOST2 capacitors are normal

6. Please help to see what may be the cause, thank you.

    thank you for using the E2E forum.

    Can you please provide some more information:

    2. Is my understanding correct here: some work, some fail at the beginning and some fail after some time and show the same behavior then the ones failing from the beginning?

    3. is this captured with load or without load - if it is without load please also provide it with load

    4. the attachment seems to be missing

    5. can you also share the schematic of the controller part (LM5176)
