TPS51200: PGOOG Pull-Up voltage before VIN is provided

Hello,

At my customer design, the pull-up voltage to a pull-up resistor connected to the PGOOD pin is provided before IN is provided.
Is this OK as long as the pull-up voltage is below the PGOOD absolute maximum output voltage rating 6.5V specified in the datasheet?
