Hello. Did I draw the IGBT soft shutdown scheme with a buffer correctly?
Does this circuit slow down the activation? Or does it ONLY work on shutdown?

Hi Vladimir,

Yes, the soft turn-off portion of this circuit looks correct. With properly sized resistor and capacitor, it would not affect turn-on performance of the gate driver.
