TPS7A4001: LDO Inquiry

By looking at the spec. of TPS7A4001, this LDO can only support up to 50mA output current. However, the application will need 15V/60mA output.

Not sure if TPS7A4001 can meet the spec. If not, may I have your support to provide the suggestion?

Here is the spec.

Vin Max: 80V
Vout: 15V
Iout Max: 60mA~100mA
Thermal shutdown
Current shutdown

Hello,

TL783 is the only device we can offer that can support V_IN = 80V, I_OUT≥ 50mA, V_OUT = 15V and has thermal and current shutdown. TPS7A40 and TPS7A43 are other options, but can support I_OUT only up to 50mA. Thanks!

Thanks for the suggestion. TL783's package is too big for the design.

We will check TPS7A40/43 devices.
