We have a customer that would like us to remove and then reinstall LMZ36002RVQT.

We have the technology to remove and reinstall the part but how badly would this effect the reliability of the component?

    Hi Terri,

    The device is rated for MSL level 3 245C. It should be ok as long as you minimize the time device is exposed to the peak temperature.

    In terms of mechanical damage, from how they are handled we can make no guarantees. Just be careful.
