We use the TPS65023 for the Sitara MCU, the input is 5VDC, ourput voltage are 0.9V, 1.2V, 0.85V, and the output voltage waveform are abnormal that there are many voltage drop in the rising edge, please refer to the schematic diagram and waveform, advise the problem for our design, thanks.

Please fill out this schematic checklist for the device and share the document after you are done. Simply go through each pin and change the last column to "Used and Complete" for each pin with completed connection based on the recommendation.
Also if you could provide a PDF schematic or table that shows the resistor, capacitor, and inductor values more clearly that would help me analyze the system a bit more. I can set up a direct message if you need to share such information privately.
Based on the timing of the ripples, this behavior might be related to the soft-start functionality described in Section 7.3.5 of the TPS65023x datasheet. Is the ripple you are seeing causing the device or your system to behave abnormally (sudden shutdown or other issues)?
