Hi Varun,

Thanks, the pad dimession in the file is 0.25mm*0.65mm.
But I saw the pad dimession in the datasheet is (0.2~0.3)mm * (0.6~0.7)mm
Could I have the pad dimession as 0.35mm*0.75mm to cover whole pad?

Hi Hung-liang,

The typical device pad size should be 0.25mm*0.65mm, and that's why the land pattern also has the same dimensions. It is recommended to stick to this as only this has been tested and qualified.
