Hi 

The customer has a problem, when the vin voltage is less than 3.4v (If it is about 3.1v~3.3v) Will there be vout? , How much current is Iout?

    Hi Gareth,

    The output is still regulated at 5.1V when Vin is smaller than 3.4V. The chart means the maximum output current should be less than 1500mA at the specific input voltage range. The Iout value is determined by your loading.
