Hello ,

I use TPSM5D1806EVM BOARD.

My problem is 1 powersupply ic is damaged so how to i remove it or change it?

Is this possible to change the ic?

To remove the IC, use a hot air solder station. Use the hot air wand to heat the component and solder, once the solder is reflowed, the ic can be removed
