TPS3851: MR pin occasionally and erratically sinks current

Part Number: TPS3851

Are there any conditions where the MR input pin is expected to sink current?  In our design, MR is tied to a 10K pullup to VDD (3.3V), to a reset switch, and also to the open-drain Power Good outputs of two power switchers.  We have seen at least three boards where after being powered for hours, MR will suddenly fall below VDD and jump around between 1 and 3 volts, and occasionally below 0.8 V causing our processor to reset.  This behavior happens even if we remove the resistors feeding the switcher Power Good signals.  In the scope capture below, the yellow trace is 3.3V, the blue trace is MR as it starts to misbehave.

Also, is there any issue running the 3.0V version of the device (TPS3851H30EDRBT) at 3.3V?
