I am Facing the problem to slowly open the duty cycle, when input voltage increase to set voltage duty cycle suddenly open to 100%. output voltage is vary before reaching the set output voltage.

    Here I would like to confirm some details:

    1. What is the Vin, Vout, Iload? A schematic may help here.

    2. Would you please do me a favor to capture the waveform of the issue? I would like to check the Vin, PH voltage, Vout and inductor current.

    3. Regarding "when input voltage increase to set voltage duty cycle suddenly open to 100%", do you mean you want the device work under 100% duty cycle condition?  I am afraid that the device can not support 100% duty cycle
