It really depends what you are trying to do? Could you elaborate a little bit?
LP8733 uses standard I2C communication and there is nothing special in that sense. You can use LP8733 EVM+GUI to try the configurations and test I2C sequences if you like.

If the default settings are ok, you don't need to change any registers. You just set the EN pin high and the converters will start with the pre- set voltages/sequencing.
