Unfortunately, there's no way to import the spice file into other software. I would recommend testing everything you can in PSpice for TI related to LMR54410.

We have further ambitions with this IC. This is little sad to see that the complete information about the IC is not available. Meanwhile, could you please let us know if there is any channel through which we can obtain the decrypted file.

Unfortunately, I don't have anything better than what's publicly available on the web.
This device has a Pspice model (for PSpice for TI), a calc tool and Webench to help with your design support. It doesn't get any better than that.
