I'm J.Komura and supporting our customers' question in Disty TEL(Tokyo Electron Device).

This device is using Cu bond-wire with PWP PKG, then they want to know its Q006 information for their parts management.

So would you please give information(or info URL) of Q006 qualification result.

Or give any advice for information of Q006 qual.
