TPS61085T: Switching loss calculation

I am designing the step up conveter for Vin:5V, Vout:11.5V, F.sw:1.2MHz, Iout:0.5A.

I have to calculate the power dissipation of this IC. The RDSon is given in the datasheet to calculate the conduction losses. But the data is not given to calculate the switching losses like Tr, Tf, Qg. 

Could you please let me know the parameters to calculate the switching losses or let me know the switching losses for above mentioned parameters.

    Sorry tat we don't have Tr, Tf, Qg information because it is relatively old chip. We have tested such condition eff on bench: Vin: 5V, Vout: 12V, Fsw: 1.2M, Iout: 0.5A. The eff is 91%(-40°), 89.4%(25°), 87.4%(85°) based on EVM. Hope this can resolve your question, thanks.
