LM117QML-SP: Theta-JC to the top of the CFP package

Part Number: LM117QML-SP

Hi,

I am thinking of using the LM117QML-SP linear to pass or limit an unregulated voltage bus, 28V ≤ VBUS ≤ 36V, to be ≤ 32V.

I estimate the maximum load on the output of the LM117QMP-SP to be around 9.15W.

I would like to use the CFP package and I can attach a heat sink to the top of the device.  The theta-jc given in the datasheet is to the bottom or board side of the package.

What is the junction to case thermal resistance to the top of the CFP package?

Thank You!
