Datasheet says that the UCD7100 and UCD7100A main difference is special manufacturing flow. Do we have details for this?

There is no impact in using either part. As Aaron mentioned, more information can be found on the quality tab for this product.

Electrically, functionally, they are identical. Either may be used in your customer’s design
